Television rights for Halloween were sold to NBC in 1981 for $4 million. When it was being edited for television for its first appearance on network television there was a problem ,
to much of the original theatrical version had to be cut out for NBC. To fill the two-hour time slot , Director John Carpenter went back and filmed a few extra scenes for the television version.
He filmed twelve minutes of additional material just for NBC. The modified television version released in 1981 that aired on NBC , features re-shot scenes not included in the initial 1978 theatrical cut.
On Oct. 30 , 1981 , Halloween appeared on television for the very first time. This is a very rare copy of the Original NBC Broadcast !

Jason X (2001) Workprint

The fight between Jason and Kayem was originally longer. It was trimmed for pacing reasons. Filmed was a short scene in the beginning where the girlfriend (Tracey) of the soldier (Johnson) guarding Jason brings him brownies and a blanket. She then has him take pictures of her with the sedated Jason until Rowan comes in and chews them out. It also revealed how Jason broke free (when the soldier put the blanket over him, it pulled free an IV line feeding Jason sedatives).•A less bloodier take of Dr. Wimmer's spear through stomach scene.•A very small amount of frames were removed from the shot of Adrienne's head after it was shattered(the bloody stump).•The scene where the Grunt get "screwed" was edited to remove some more footage of his body spinning down the giant screw.•Other than those scenes, all other death scenes are fully uncut, including the Grunt who is disemboweled!
